My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Cambridge was very positive. From the initial contact, Mark sent us a personalised video of the vehicle. We live in London, but we travelled to Cambridge because the vehicle matched exactly what my husband and I were looking for.
Katie was also involved in the transaction; both were extremely professional and polite in their dealings with us. I must stress that Mark Williams was very proactive with the video and the follow-up phone calls, even when we were unable to take the calls on the day.
On the day we visited the branch, Mark understood our needs and circumstances and made space in his diary to fit us in between appointments, which led to a great overall experience.

Lee and Alice were both fantastic. We had plenty of time to inspect and test drive the car and when we completed our PX our new to us car looked like it was straight out the factory.

We are super happy. Thanks guys. Especially Lee for getting back into sales to complete our sale just before new years!
